Using a 3/4' coupling adapter and clamps, attach the fabricated drain hose to the heater return hose. Inspect RH/LH rocker shaft rollers for signs of surface deformation or fatigue. If coil-on-plugs and/or ignition wires are not source of noise, proceed to Step 2. If any coil-on-plugs wires and/or ignition wires were disconnected, reinstall and confirm noise is resolved. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-07A. Inspect the coil-on-plugs and/or ignition wires. ACTION Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
